Where do I find my order number?

It's on your order confirmation page and starts with the store prefix (e.g. PLU-1001). Use it together with the email address you entered at checkout.

Where do I find my tracking number?

Once your order ships, the courier tracking number is added to your order. If you have an account, you'll find it in your order history; otherwise use the order number & email method above.

What does "being prepared" mean?

Payment is confirmed and we're getting your plush ready for dispatch. Most orders ship within 24–48 hours of being placed.

The tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Should I worry?

Couriers sometimes scan parcels only at key points of the journey. If nothing changes for more than 4 working days, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it up.
